Parker Wittenmyer is a Senior at Four County Career Center.  His field of study is Software Development and Video Game Design.  Parker is the son of KC and Becky Wittenmyer of Wauseon.

Parker is a member of the Business Professionals of America (BPA) and traveled with other FCCC BPA students to Columbus in March for the 50th Annual State Leadership Conference.  Parker placed in the top ten of Computer Programming Concepts and he placed third in SQL Database Fundamentals.  These placements qualify him to compete in the national competition in Dallas, Texas, May 9-13.

Parker has been accepted to the University of Akron and begins his college journey in the fall of 2018.  He has been awarded the Freshman Akron Guarantee Scholarship and an Under-represented Student Scholarship. Parker has also recently participated in the try-outs for the University of Akron's new varsity e-sports team and is awaiting the results.

The City of Wauseon congratulates Parker Wittenmyer for these outstanding achievements.  Good luck at the national competition and in the next stage of your education.
